Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

Interfere with or disrupt the servers or networks connected to Typeboss, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to Typeboss;

“Stalk” or otherwise harass another; and/or

Collect or store personal data about other users.

Proprietary Rights

Typeboss and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Typeboss, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

User-Generated Content

Typeboss allows users to generate content using its AI writing tools. By generating such content, you grant Typeboss a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content in all media and formats, now known or hereafter developed, without any compensation to you. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the foregoing license and that your content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights.

Typeboss reserves the right to remove or refuse to publish any content generated by users that violates these Terms of Use or that is otherwise objectionable in Typeboss’s sole discretion.
